Young person interview panels
Members of Cardiff Youth Council recently convened a Young Person’s Interview panel as part of the interview process for 2 key roles.
1) Active Young Pathway Manager for Cardiff Met Sport. This new role focuses on physical activity and sport available to children and young people, aged 3 to 18.
2) The Principal Youth Officer for Cardiff Youth Service who has responsibility for the management of the Youth Service, helping to improve outcomes for children and young people in Cardiff.
It was such a valuable experience for the young people and such an important decision to get their views on!
