Child Friendly Cardiff
Making rights a reality in Cardiff

Cardiff is the first city in the UK to be re-accredited as a UNICEF Child Friendly City
Cardiff is the first city in the UK to be formally re-accredited by the UK committee for UNICEF as a Child Friendly City (CFC): a city with children and young people at its heart, where the rights of children and young people are respected by all, a great place to grow up.
We work together to create a city where all children and young people can share their voice and have an input on decisions being made that will affect them.
- Read our “children’s rights in action” stories to understand the impact for children
